Viral podcaster Dan Gorringe has made another crazy bet involving his beloved Carlton.
The former Gold Coast and Blues player is known for his outrageous behaviour and shock statements, and famously lost a bet a few weeks ago when Carlton was cruelly defeated by Collingwood by the barest of margins.
Gorringe had a bet with Pies superstar Nick Daicos — which involved Gorringe getting a tattoo on his lower leg of the Magpies logo with the letters CFC, and the words ‘Hot Pies’, underneath. Daicos’s signature also features on the tattoo.

Another lost bet saw Gorringe getting a photo of former Gold Coast coach Stuart Dew on his backside.
So when is enough enough? Well, that’s a good question.
Carlton champ Brendan Fevola — who played his final season in the AFL with Brisbane — decided to put Gorringe to the test live on his radio show, The Fox’s Fifi, Fev & Nick.

“Hey, you love a bet? Let’s do it,” Fevola said on Wednesday.
“Carlton and Brisbane – I’ll go Brisbane, you go Carlton.”
Carlton’s woes this season have been well-documented, and no one would think they’re a chance in hell of beating Brisbane at the Gabba on Friday night.
Realising the odds are well and truly stacked against him, Gorringe replied: “I can’t do anymore tattoos …”
But Fevola made it interesting.
“Would you get a Fev tattoo in a Brisbane jumper if Brisbane win?” he asked.
“But Brisbane is going to win,” Gorringe responded with a laugh.
Fevola: “I’ll give you five goals …”
Gorringe: “So, if (Carlton) can get within five goals? Yeah, OK, done.”
Fevola: “And if Carlton get within five goals, I’ll get a Dan Does Footy (Gorringe’s podcast) tatt …”
Gorringe then made a public plea to embattled coach Michael Voss, and his Blues.
“Carlton, I don’t ask for much here … but it’s the last thing I’ll ask,” Gorringe said.
Fevola: “We on?”
Gorringe: “Done!”
For the record, bookmakers have Brisbane a red-hot favourite to win the match at $1.09, while Carlton is a whopping $7.50.
The last time the teams met was at Marvel Stadium last year, and the Lions won comfortably by 37 points.
But Gorringe will be hoping for a repeat of Carlton’s staggering heroics in Opening Round, 2024.
In that epic match at the Gabba, the Blues stunned the Lions by a point, storming back into the contest after trailing by a whopping 46 points.
That result might give battered fans, and Gorringe, the faintest flicker of hope but, yes, the days of Carlton winning second halves of football seem like decades ago (hmmm … maybe Gorringe should have asked for three more goals).
